Adler Hotel Madrid, Madrid

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms were very comfortable and quiet, making for a restful stay. However, the view from my room wasn't the best, overlooking the street on the second floor with a view of the walls surrounding the entrance to the car park. The shower was great though, with a non-slip bath surface.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were really lovely and very comfortable, including a fruit basket which was a nice touch. They are extraordinarily large for Europe, and the double sinks in the marble bathroom were a luxurious feature. The service was outstanding, with a team that efficiently took care of every need, from booking dinner reservations to arranging museum tickets. They offer some of the best hospitality I have experienced, going above and beyond, even accommodating a very early check-in for us. The location was perfect, situated in a very nice area of Madrid near the beautiful Retiro Park, away from the touristy areas but with lots of good, non-touristy restaurants and awesome shops nearby. The dining experience was of a very high standard, although a bit expensive, the selection of freshly made pastries and other items was extraordinary. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.

The location provides easy access to Madrid's main attractions, but some noise may disrupt your stay. Dining is a costly delight with exceptional pastries but may leave you craving more variety. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms are large and quite well soundproof, making for a comfortable stay. However, room service had very limited timings, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was outstanding, with staff bending over backwards to help us with every little request. The location, although a bit far from the city center, is in a nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The dining experience was absolute heaven with a delightful à la carte menu. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The dining experience is heavenly, though slightly expensive. The facilities are top-notch, making for a luxurious stay.
