I had a wonderful stay at the Adler Hotel. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and quiet, thanks to excellent soundproofing from being situated on the corner of two busy roads. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, not right in the busy tourist center but close to public transport and shopping areas. However, being far from tourist attractions could be a drawback. The dining experience was fantastic but on the expensive side, and the hotel had a great fragrance throughout. Overall, a great value for a stay in bustling Madrid.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were one of the nicest I have ever stayed in, with very comfortable beds that afforded me a superb night's sleep. The double sinks in the marble bathroom left me wanting to redo my own at home, though the room was a bit small with only a high window.

The rooms are charmingly furnished in an old style with new furniture, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered exceptional service throughout my visit. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms were very comfortable and quiet, making for a restful stay. However, the view from my room wasn't the best, overlooking the street on the second floor with a view of the walls surrounding the entrance to the car park. The shower was great though, with a non-slip bath surface.

They are extraordinarily large for Europe, and the double sinks in the marble bathroom were a luxurious feature. The service was outstanding, with a team that efficiently took care of every need, from booking dinner reservations to arranging museum tickets. They offer some of the best hospitality I have experienced, going above and beyond, even accommodating a very early check-in for us. The location was perfect, situated in a very nice area of Madrid near the beautiful Retiro Park, away from the touristy areas but with lots of good, non-touristy restaurants and awesome shops nearby.
